We are now seeking a highlyskilled Maintenance Technician to join our supportiveteam.
RolePurpose:
You will ensurethe safe and efficient operation of all equipment perform scheduledpreventative maintenance execute production equipment changeoversand troubleshoot a variety of issues including hydraulic pneumaticelectrical and mechanical problems. This role requires maintainingaccurate records for maintenance parts inventory and emergencyrepairs promoting excellent housekeeping habits coordinatingequipment training and effectively communicating with management.This is a highly skilled position that involves a combination ofelectrical and mechanicalduties.
KeyResponsibilities:
Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently to meet companyOEE and quality expectations.
Address inefficiencies in production equipmentproactively.
Install troubleshootand maintain electrical equipment including PLCs and buildingelectrical systems.
Interpretschematics manuals blueprints anddiagrams.
Perform preventativemaintenance and production equipment mouldchangeovers.
Maintain records tosupport the EAM system.
Collaborate with managers for production equipment training andpersonal development.
Engageactively in plant teams and activities to foster a World Classenvironment.
Operate industrialmachinery in compliance with OSHAregulations.

RequirementsRequirements:
Proven experience in amaintenance role.
Strongknowledge of electrical and mechanicalsystems.
Experience with advancedskills in hydraulic pneumatic and electrical troubleshooting in amanufacturing environment
Experience with PLCs and electronicsystems.
Excellent problemsolvingskills and attention todetail.
