We are seeking a self-motivated team member and future leader who is keen to work on exceptional residential projects. Good technical knowledge and ability over a wide range of disciplines, including foundations, timber, masonry and steel will be required. At least three years post chartered experience in structural design of steel, concrete, timber structures and foundations.
· Experience with 3D BIM modelling using Revit.
· Working knowledge of Autocad to facilitate transfer of information.
· Able to work independently and lead on projects.
· Knowledge of Building Regulations.
· The ideal candidate will have an agile approach to both structural engineering and business, with the ability to work on all aspects of the business as a pivotal member of a small team. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, demonstrating the capacity to provide advice to architects, developers, individual clients and team members, building confidence and direction in their decision-making.
Driving licence and own car is required, standard mileage rate on client business will be paid.

Flexible working is available, with a requirement to work a minimum of 22 hours a week from the Erigo offices. Our emphasis is on getting the job done, rather than being in the office.
