PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate will also have:
  • Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer.
  • At least three years post chartered experience in structural design of steel, concrete, timber structures and foundations.
  • Track record of producing cost-effective and well-coordinated design.
  • Experience with 3D BIM modelling using Revit.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD to facilitate transfer of information.
  • Able to work independently and lead on projects.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations.

  • Evidence of producing practical and buildable solutions.
  • Some site experience would be preferred.
