About the Role

The Operations Coordinator will report to the Head of Research And Development & Technical Sales and will be based in Bexwell. This role is pivotal in managing the entire order fulfillment process, ensuring smooth coordination from sales to commissioning. The successful candidate will oversee sales specification verification, order management, logistics coordination, factory acceptance tests, delivery, and commissioning.

Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, technological, chemical, pharma or related industries.
  • Outstanding Project and organizational skills from negotiation to delivery of products.
  • Exceptional eye for detail managing specifications and documentation.
  • Proficient in logistics management with a solid grasp of international shipping procedures.
  • Knowledge in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures is a plus
