£Lead Axial Programme activities for the Product Compliance Management Business Processes specifically associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets.
Partner with a team of Experts to define enterprise wide standardised and repeatable processes adopting standard use of SAP S/4 HANA within the “Product Compliance” area, minimising the need for Local Technical and/or Process Customisation
Ensure Future State Processes enable our client to meet all applicable Regulatory Standards
Champion new strategies to improve Business Processes and ensure Business Continuity, meeting current and future Business requirements
Collaborate with the Programme and Business IT Teams to define the IT requirements for the Processes and Reporting
Collaborate with the Programme and Business Data Teams to define the Data requirements for the Processes, Analytics and Reporting
Create and sustain key artefacts required to develop a successful transition to the next generation SAP ERP including the End-to-End Process Maps, Roles Descriptors, Enterprise wide SOPs and Process Controls
Network with colleagues across the Business to identify improvement opportunities, with a focus on driving forward the Lean journey
Ensure that Non-SAP System requirements are understood and considered in the Process, IT and Data Designs
Establish and actively manage relationships with diverse pools of key Stakeholders throughout the business to ensure commitment and understanding to Programme Objectives
Establish and implement KPIs to drive forward SHE Management efficiency and effectiveness
As part of the Local deployment team, lead the Change and deployment activities for processes in scope and deliver the change required as defined by the Axial programme

Extensive experience of SAP Product Compliance Management processes within the SHE environment, especially those associated with Dangerous Goods and Safety Product Data Sheets.
Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business Functions
Understanding of Master Data requirements
Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives
Ability to interpret and communicate Technical information into Business language
Bachelor of Engineering/Science in an appropriate discipline
Good understanding of Dangerous Goods, links to Transportation Management processes.
Experience within a Business Process/Project Management role
Advanced degree in an Engineering/Scientific discipline
