JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Ecommerce + CRM Executive is responsible for running the D+D website, helping to create an industry leading site experience as well as managing our email marketing campaign execution.

We are looking for a sharp personality who will own their role in a relaxed/ entrepreneurial atmosphere.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Run the D+D website

· Daily management of DUKE + DEXTER website.

· Ensure successful product uploads and campaign launches. Managing all tagging and Metafields to create highly engaging and converting product pages.

· Site merchandising to enhance product discoverability with a keen eye for product curation and balancing commercial and stock needs of the business.

· Work on all content and creative update to the site as well within sections such as D+D world, Help sections etc.

· Optimise our on-site search function to drive conversion.

· Help with the management of development agency to refine the roadmap of development improvements to the D+D site.

· Manage product pricing and localised content using Shopify Markets.

· Drive consistent UX improvements to the D+D website to drive conversion, AOV and revenue per user.

· Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure assets that are delivered are in line with best practice.

CRM

· Day-to-day execution of our email marketing strategy, ensuring all campaign comms are sent out in a timely manner in line with our communication calendar. We use Klaviyo.

· Ensure synchronisation between the website experience and what we are talking about across our email marketing communications.

· Optimise creative and performance of our email automation flows to drive more revenue.

Reporting

· Monitor and analyse user behaviour through tools like Shopify, GA4 + HotJar to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.

· Consistently provide performance reports and recommendations for e-commerce improvement, leveraging insights from data analytics.

· Monitor and track CRM key performance metrics.

· Develop monthly creative summary report outlining key learnings from web and CRM initiatives to share with the creative team.

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE

· 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.

· Shopify experience.

· A strong analytical skillset.

· Ideally Klaviyo experience, but if not similar experience with a CRM system.

· Fashion / retail experience. Industry relevant experience is usually a plus for us.
