People, Talent Acquisition, Marketing and L&D
Office Management
Serve as the point person for all office and building related queries (e.g. stationery, Hardware etc.)
Manage all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
Support with ad hoc travel bookings
Liaise with building management vendors, including repairs and security services
Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
Partner with the wider Operations Team develop and maintain office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Processing of all office management related expenses and assisting with wider business expenses
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, design and implement new systems
Overseeing the maintenance and functionality of office equipment
Manage all issues raised by the sales team regarding tech stack performance & technical faults. Generate Ad-Hoc ROI reports where needed to be shared with the wider Operations Team to provide insight into the effectiveness of various tech-stack investments
Ensure data security and confidentiality.
