HR Officer - Part-Time Opportunity
Central London, EC4 - Hybrid: 2 days office-based, 3 days WFH
£40,000 pa pro rata
SC4 Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time HR Officer to join their UK team based in Central London. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional seeking part-time, flexible hours while contributing to various HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, engagement initiatives, and HR compliance. The HR Manager will play a key role in supporting the Group's people strategy. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working two days in the office and three days from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and employment law.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and manage employee records, contracts, and documentation.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Gather and analyse feedback to recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with the Group Head of People and Culture and internal stakeholders on HR projects such as training and development, performance management, and policy updates.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
