Your new company

I am looking for an Internal Communications Specialist with cross-cultural change communications. We are looking for someone to ideally start in October 2024 and has experience working autonomously to design, and deliver upon, a strategic communications plan. The globally recognised company is located in Central London. The Program Director is looking for someone who is ready to bring their unique energy to the team and uplift the current culture

Your new role

You will work alongside the Communications team, however, report directly to the Program Director to support change campaigns and internal communications directed to a data migration program. Within your role, you will generate employee engagement and positive cultural change through projects such as event planning; profile building to recognise people in the team; and creating a communications calendar. At a time of business change, have the opportunity to develop and deliver multi-channel strategic communications campaigns and reignite internal employee networks. The Program Director is looking for someone who is energetic, creative and motivated.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you must be a self-starter, have an eye for detail and have experience delivering global internal change communications within a private sector matrix organisation. You must have experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels and be confident in your written and verbal communications abilities. The team is looking for someone with experience with creating communications strategies for businesses going through a specialist project . It would be highly desirable to have experience embedding a company's values and culture into internal communications. Experience delivering cross-cultural change communications would be invaluable.
