**The role**:
The change communications & engagement role will work with the Change Management program and Chief Operating Officer to develop and deliver a change communications strategy to ensure understanding, belief and engagement with Aspen’s change agenda. The role holder will be part of the Communications team and able to influence the broader engagement and internal communications agenda, whilst also working closely with HR and the engagement teams.

**Key accountabilities**:
Key Accountabilities:

- Designs, delivers and measures success of a change communications and engagement plan for Aspen’s support functions (IT, operations, data & finance)
- Liaises to senior stakeholders to identify priorities and needs across functions, and assess team morale and urgent action areas
- Contributes to, monitors, and advises on the plan developments and changes in order to ensure relevancy, compliance and optimal delivery
- Actively collaborates and engages with the internal communications specialist, engagement lead and broader communications team to ensure alignment of priorities, maximum impact and efficient use of content and channels

- Creative ability to design and deliver internal communications content in a simple and engaging way
- Meticulous planner with exceptional attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work across distinct functions and with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Resilient and calm. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet changing requirements and switch confidently and knowledgeably between priorities.
- Communications, marketing, or higher education qualification, such as CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, membership of CIPR
- Experience of handling all communications channels, including online, publishing, internal communications and events
