Based from home, this role will involve working on client site (Holborn area) 2/3 days per week. The client pays commuting costs to the client site. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious candidate to become a key player in this agile firm.
SKILLS: To be consideredfor this role you must;

  • Have a proven experienceas a 2nd Line Support Engineer.
  • Be proficient in Intune, Azure, Entra, MS Office suite, conditional access policies. helpdesk software, firewalls, windows, Cisco & VPNs.
  • Have familiarity with LAN/WAN networks and network protocols.
  • Have excellent knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals.
  • You must be capable of working on your own initiative and self-motivated.

ROLE: Working from home and on client site, your responsibilities will include;

Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring efficient resolution of IT-related issues.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software and network systems.

Install, configure and maintain all computer systems and applications cloud or onsite.

Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.

Ensure compliance with IT Security policies and procedures.

Assist in the maintenance of LAN infrastructure.
