Role Overview: As our Application Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and configuring back-office applications. Provide functional and technical support, including training
Maintain user accounts and implement change management processes
Monitor application performance and conduct reconciliations
Identify and address risks and issues throughout the software development life cycle
Drive continual improvement in delivery quality
Proven experience in technical support or IT application support (minimum one year)
Basic SQL skills and Excel experience
Familiarity with ITIL framework and incident management
