Customer Operations Analyst Placement LOCATION: Milton Keynes CLOSING DATE: 2nd June 2024 SALARY: £22,250, 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, loan car scheme, pension and a discretionary bonus. CONTRACT: July/August 2024 - July 2025 Are you analytical and looking for placement opportunity that gives you real experience for the future and the chance to improve our customer experience? Working as part of our Customer Operations team, you'll join a team of enthusiastic specialists that support the delivery of management information, root cause analysis and trend analysis across the business. This is a key area for us as the work the team does helps drive and develop the delivery of good customer outcomes. We'll support you to get fully involved and you'll learn to provide reporting and analysis that is reliable, easy to interpret and articulates a clear story. If you are studying a Business or Numerate related degree, enjoying reporting and want to contribute to the success of the enterprise then this could be the perfect placement for you. What you could be doing: Joining as an undergraduate in this role, you will get the chance to network and build relationships with stakeholders across the entirety of our business, to improve efficiency and oversight that the Quality Assurance team have across Customer Operations and delivering good customer outcomes. Here is what you will get involved with: You will have an active involvement in all relevant projects understanding the impacts on customer outcomes across all business areas. You will proactively develop and continuously improve outputs to anticipate the future needs of our internal stakeholders. Identify the right input sources and deliver timely solutions and outputs which add value/meet business needs. You will be proficient in multiple systems to extract, combine and analyse relevant data (don't worry, we'll give you training on these systems when you join) You will be involved with continuous root cause and trend analysis based on customer outcomes, providing the insight into any risks identified as well as any areas of improvement which can ultimately enhance the customer experience/journey. What can you bring with you? You will be enrolled at a University which offers a 1 year industrial placement Studying towards a Business or Numerate related degree Aptitude for analysis with some analytical skills Strong communication and presentation skills Able to work with stakeholders at varying levels across the enterprise Some Microsoft Excel skills would be great but we'll teach you some of this too Ability to adhere to strict deadlines Good self and time management skills will help you to succeed. If you are successful after completing your video interview, you will be invited to attend an assessment centre at our Milton Keynes offices. Here, you will complete a Competency Based Interview, deliver a Presentation and take part in a Group Exercise. We'll provide you with appropriate support and guidance before you attend.
