Customer Operations Analyst Placement
SALARY: £22,250, 27 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, loan car scheme, pension and a discretionary bonus.
CONTRACT: Are you analytical and looking for placement opportunity that gives you real experience for the future and the chance to improve our customer experience?
Working as part of our Customer Operations team, you'll join a team of enthusiastic specialists that support the delivery of management information, root cause analysis and trend analysis across the business. This is a key area for us as the work the team does helps drive and develop the delivery of good customer outcomes. We'll support you to get fully involved and you'll learn to provide reporting and analysis that is reliable, easy to interpret and articulates a clear story.
Joining as an undergraduate in this role, you will get the chance to network and build relationships with stakeholders across the entirety of our business, to improve efficiency and oversight that the Quality Assurance team have across Customer Operations and delivering good customer outcomes. You will have an active involvement in all relevant projects understanding the impacts on customer outcomes across all business areas.
You will be proficient in multiple systems to extract, combine and analyse relevant data (don't worry, we'll give you training on these systems when you join)
You will be involved with continuous root cause and trend analysis based on customer outcomes, providing the insight into any risks identified as well as any areas of improvement which can ultimately enhance the customer experience/journey.
You will be enrolled at a University which offers a 1 year industrial placement
Aptitude for analysis with some analytical skills
Some Microsoft Excel skills would be great but we'll teach you some of this too
Good self and time management skills will help you to succeed.
Salary of £22,250 per annum plus discretionary bonus and company pension scheme
You'll be joining a group of 49 undergraduates so you'll have a large group of colleagues so that you can support each other throughout your placement year
