We’ve teamed up with the exciting sportswear, Fly Sports, who are now in the market to secure a Social Media Manager to join their scaling team

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing sporting goods scale-up. You’ll have a focus on scaling organic socials across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Influencer Marketing. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drive sales. You will be expected to come up with viral marketing ideas and be very creative in your approach.

Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the overall marketing goals of the company, with a focus on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Influencer Marketing.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to increase brand reach and engagement.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
Schedule and post content across organic social media channels.
Come up with marketing ideas and be very creative in your approach.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Monitor and report on the performance of all social media campaigns.
Engage with customers and followers through organic social media platforms to build relationships and create a loyal customer base.
Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
Experience with micro & macro Influencer marketing campaigns.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in a retail/e-commerce brand.
Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other major social media platforms.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Experience creating and managing social media campaigns.
Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
