The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to work with the Head of Integration to help shape, prepare & deliver integration projects, post-acquisition. This is a challenging and rewarding role and can only be achieved by working with business stakeholders across the organization (Marketing, HR, Sales, Support, Finance, IT, Product, Engineering and Customer Delivery). Ultimately, your responsibilities will be to ensure that all integration projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting the Head of Integration
  • Taking part in project meetings and proposing adjustments
  • Being the first point of contact for project queries with responsibility for coordinating project activities, drafting project status and ensuring workstreams tasks are delivered on time and organising all project-related tasks online platforms and on paper
  • Organising all project-related paperwork
  • Communicating with internal Stakeholders to continuously define project objectives
  • Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule
  • Designing and controlling the project schedule.
  • Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project’s progress and showcase the project’s value.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working in a similar role (End to end project management and benefits realisation)
  • Experience in coordinating projects post-acquisition
  • Drive and focus - an individual who is able to work on their own initiative, as well as support a busy team
  • Confident communicator with experience working with senior stakeholders (up to C-level)
  • Excellent verbal and written skills including proofreading and editing
  • Experience in working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads for self and others, outlining project deliverables and tasks clearly, attending project meetings and proposing adjustments, consistently monitoring the progress of status across various work streams , coordinating all project team members so project remains on schedule

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience integrating acquired businesses would be advantageous
  • Experience of MS Office and with experience of using project management tools like Visio, Notion
