We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Maintenance Team Leader to work with a market leading manufacturing business in the Heddon on the Wall area. Salary circa £57k per annum, incl shift premium, overtime also available at x 1.Bonus is also available in addition

Hours of work - Days and Nights, 05:30am to 5.30am, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
Training and career development, including health and safety training, management training (ILM) & IOSH, cross-skilling and upskilling
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader will lie in the following areas:
Managing the assignment of either electrical or mechanical workload to x 2 engineers as part of the shift maintenance team
Undertaking improvement projects working closely with central project teams
Responsible for subcontractor management and safety
We welcome applications from individuals who have experience as a Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor, Engineering Shift Manager, Maintenance Shift Manager, Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Electrician etc
Experience and Qualifications Required from Maintenance Team Leader:
Engineering qualified level 3 or equivalent qualification - Electrical Engineering/Electrical Maintenance
PLC fault finding experience is highly desirable, further Siemens S7 training will also be provided
Knowledge of improving maintenance practices
Previous experience of undertaking maintenance within a manufacturing environment
