Senior Technical Scrum Master/Product Owner – Hybrid - £65k - £75k - 2 Days a week in the office Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity. James Chase Solutions is currently looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master for my fantastic client based in Brighton. You will be provide technical leadership and management and utilise your technical expertise to steer discussions towards the most viable technical solutions. From Kubernetes to microservices and AWS cloud-native environments, your insights will be instrumental in guiding the development trajectory. Responsibilities:

  • Agile Practices and Scrum Mastery - From daily standups to sprint planning and retrospectives, you'll be the linchpin of Agile processes.
  • Maintain comprehensive backlogs, break down tasks, and ensure that the roadmap aligns with Agile principles.
  • Business Analysis - Your knack for business analysis will be invaluable in understanding how development efforts impact the product's broader value proposition.
  • Craft User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and ensure that every development endeavor serves the business needs.
  • Line Management and Team Development (10%): Nurture the development team, identifying skill gaps, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
You will be an experienced Scrum Master/Product Owner and have a strong technical background including knowledge of AWS and Kubernetes. 2 days a week in the offices.
