Viva – an award-winning, employee-owned PR agency – is seeking an Account Manager. The role is ideal for an experienced Account Executive who is eager for a step up. We want a proactive problem-solver, quick thinker, and skilled communicator capable of developing accounts with confidence, creativity, and measurable impact.

You’ll be a natural storyteller and strong copywriter, with experience in either the public sector (education, healthcare, or local government) or manufacturing/defence.
You’ll thrive on delivering high-quality campaigns that hit KPIs, strengthen reputations and achieve real-world results.
Act as the day-to-day contact for your clients, providing trusted and proactive support.
Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns.
Write standout content - from press releases and features to thought leadership and digital copy.
Support the team by delivering great work, on time and on budget.
Contribute to new business activity, supporting the development of proposals and pitches.
A confident communicator with 2+ years’ experience in PR, communications or content marketing – ideally within an agency.
Curious, creative and motivated by making a difference through purposeful work.
Full UK driving licence.
Balanced: hybrid flexible working (current 2 days a week in the office), 25 days’ holiday, and a competitive wellbeing package.
