As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in helping our surgery operate smoothly day-to-day. You’ll support our Practice Owners in delivering business objectives, ensuring our team is motivated, our operations run efficiently, and our clients receive the outstanding care we strive for. This is a full-time position (30–35 hours per week), Monday to Friday. We’re happy to offer flexibility, whether you prefer three longer days or five shorter ones however, availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays is essential. Our practice operates Monday–Thursday from 9am to 7pm and Fridays from 9am to 6pm, so the ability to work evening shifts is essential. What will you do? Oversee practice compliance, including Health & Safety, maintenance logging, and follow-ups Support practice owners in driving performance, including leading 1:1s with our Client Care Advisors Lead and develop the practice’s social media strategy across all platforms Manage client feedback via complaints handling, Medallia analysis, and responding to Google Reviews Implement and manage HR policies for our valued colleagues Tackle challenges quickly to maintain the excellent service we pride ourselves on Recruit, train, and develop team members Manage your own diary to effectively balance responsibilities About You You’ll bring proven team-management experience or be a Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to grow into a leadership position. You’ll have excellent communication skills, strong organisation and time-management abilities, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with both clients and colleagues. Most importantly, you’ll be committed to developing and coaching others.
