Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of practice management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient operational processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can foster a positive work environment and drive the practice towards achieving its goals.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage the dental team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and expense tracking to maintain the financial health of the practice.
  • Handle human resources functions such as rotas, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
  • Implement and monitor practice policies and procedures to ensure compliance with CQC and GDC regulatory requirements on dental compliance made easier portal.
  • Collaborate with dental professionals to enhance patient experience and streamline operational workflows.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for daily operations.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in a healthcare or dental setting is essential.
  • Strong management skills with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of human resources practices related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
  • Previous dental experience is crucial .

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
