We are working closely with a market leading manufacturing business based in North Lincolnshire. Due to our client's exceptional business growth, they are recruiting for a Social Media Marketing Executive to shape and deliver their social strategy and assist their network of customers in making the most of their own social platforms. You will be at the forefront of managing and developing engaging social media channels for both B2B and B2C audiences. From creating innovative content to optimising paid advertising campaigns, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the social presence of all brands within the business. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop and manage a diverse array of social media channels, catering to both B2B and B2C audiences.
Oversee and handle all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Generate captivating and innovative content for scheduled posts that effectively convey brand-centric messages and engage the target audience.
Manage and facilitate social media communities by proactively responding to posts, fostering discussions, and ensuring a positive online environment.
Monitor, track, analyse, and report on the performance of social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
Provide comprehensive reporting on all social media activities, including a detailed analysis of targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Identify and stay updated on consumer trends to inform the planning and execution of effective social media campaigns.
Strategically implement and optimise paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Effectively manage and track budgets allocated for social media activities.
Engage with customers' social media channels to co-promote their brand alongside ours, fostering feelings of partnership.

REQUIRED BEHAVIOURS:
Strong creative, organisational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Adaptable and quick learner.
Must be able to apply the most recent digital marketing trends to the brand's activities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team working skills.
Ability to work well with tight deadlines in a team environment.
Able to take projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Demonstrable experience using a CMS such as WordPress.
