United Kingdom Clearwater Analytics Full time

The Head of Sales UKI at Clearwater Analytics London is responsible for leading a team of quota-carrying sales reps, BDRs/SDRs to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.They will leverage their deep domain knowledge of Clearwater and its products, as well as their relevant industry domain expertise, to develop successful sales strategies for the assigned team and market.
The Head of Sales, UKI will actively participate in sales pursuits and work closely with Marketing to drive sales and marketing campaigns tailored to their assigned territory/market. They will maintain senior/executive relationships with prospects, clients, and other influencers in the market, ensuring client satisfaction from implementation and beyond. In addition, they will be responsible for driving a world-class sales process and cultivating the development and enablement of their team members.

Develop a successful sales strategy for the assigned team and market in the region.
Take an active role in sales pursuits throughout the sales cycle as needed.
Participate directly in sourcing new opportunities and building a pipeline by leveraging their network of contacts and relationships.
Work with Marketing to develop sales and marketing campaigns tailored to their assigned territory/market.
Drive a world-class sales process for their assigned team.
Maintain senior/executive relationships with prospects and clients.
Ensure successful conversion of bookings to revenue by maintaining client satisfaction through implementation and beyond.
Demonstrate expertise in sales best practices, Clearwater knowledge, and market knowledge. Help the team achieve their annual sales quota in the region
Coaching, advising, guiding and mentoring the sales team
Recruitment, performance appraisals and active participation of new hire orientation

Proven track record of supporting regional sales teams in exceeding sales goals/quotas.
Experience running the full sales cycle from cold call to contract.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (European languages advantageous) .
MBA, CPA, or other relevant advanced degree preferred but not required.
~6+ years of experience managing, nurturing and mentoring high performing successful sales teams and organisations.
