HR Advisor Be the Heartbeat of an Exceptional People Experience

We’re looking for an HR Advisor who brings energy, professionalism, and a proactive mindset to our client’s expanding HR function.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a trusted advisory role while helping shape the foundations of a growing People team.

Our client partners with businesses at every stage — helping them launch, scale, optimise, and succeed. As the HR Advisor, you’ll work closely with and report directly to the Head of HR. You’ll play a key role in building an exceptional employee journey, leading on onboarding, HR processes, people operations, and providing trusted advice to employees and franchise partners.

For the first six months, as the HR team expands and new structures are implemented, there will be a significant amount of administrative work involved. Develop and refine onboarding processes, induction content, and documentation.
- Partner with IT, managers, and training teams to ensure every new starter has a seamless introduction.
- Maintain accurate, compliant employee data and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide Reliable Employee Support
- Be the primary point of contact for new employees, contractors, and franchise partners.
- Support Day-to-Day HR Operations
- Manage HR inboxes with professionalism and care, escalating where appropriate.
- Assist the Head of HR with admin tasks, meeting notes, and HR or L&D project work.

Maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in creating HR and learning materials.

CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification or working towards
- A valid driving licence (occasional travel required)

Hybrid Working
This role offers a hybrid model, with at least four days per week based at the Godstone Head Office.
