With several sites across the UK this manufacturing business are looking to recruit a driven, strategic and proven Head of Projects to take full, site-wide responsibilities for all projects at their manufacturing facility in Hull.

The Head of Projects / PMO will form part of the senior leadership team of this impressive manufacturing facility and, along with their team, will have responsibility for overseeing all projects through their full lifecycle, from conception to completion.

Managing multiple projects across both internal and externals stakeholders
Establishing processes for managing scope through the project lifecycle, setting quality standards and assessing risks
Growing the project team, providing direction, motivation and ensuring schedules are kept on track
Reporting project updates, risks and outcomes to all senior stakeholders, escalating where needed and adapting work plans accordingly
Successful candidates will have a strong manufacturing background and a proven ability in leading and developing complex projects. Proven background in project management, PMO and managing both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee projects through full lifecycle
Excellent people management, time-keeping and communication skills at all levels
A relevant project management qualification would be advantageousJob Offer
