This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent/property sales manager to join a start-up property management/real estate agency to be the manager and work with the director to grow the business and to have your own team. Their office is set to open in September, located in the heart of London near Holborn/the British Museum.
Sales Manager, Experienced Estate Agent
Contract Type: Permanent (full time)
Shift and Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Team Leadership: Motivate, guide, and mentor a team of dedicated sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Performance Analysis: Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimize sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Proven property management experience with a strong track record.
Minimum 2 years of estate sales experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency valuations and listings.
Comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Social events, including Christmas parties.
