Sales Manager, Experienced Estate Agent

Contract Type:
Permanent (full time)

Shift and Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Team Leadership:
Motivate, guide, and mentor a team of dedicated sales agents to achieve and exceed targets.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.

Performance Analysis:
Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and support teams to optimize sales efforts and enhance brand visibility.

Proven property management experience with a strong track record.
Minimum 2 years of estate sales experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in estate agency valuations and listings.
Comprehensive understanding of the London property market.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Social events, including Christmas parties.
