The Lovely Gift Group is 9 years old and we remain a small, tight team passionate about our opportunities and enjoying the recent growth and success of the business working with national retail customers and a loyal online customer base. We are looking for someone to join the team who can drive our business to business sales in the gift, pet, vet, garden centre and memorial business markets.

We want someone keenly focussed on new sales and developing existing accounts to help take our exciting gift brands to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting existing enquiries, developing sales with existing trade customers, identifying new customer opportunities, converting and developing into long term relations in all markets across both brands.

Also working the business owner and production team the candidate will be required to identify new product opportunities and designs, planning and attending trade exhibitions and events and co-ordinating necessary marketing materials and communication.

You will have had previous experience of a business development/sales role and have previously been solely responsible for lead generation and conversion. Ideally you will have consumer experience, CRM knowledge and ideally have worked for a small business.

You must be able to demonstrate your ability to identify new business opportunities from scratch, create exciting/informative pitch documents/presentations (where needed) broader business development team and deliver all sales conversion on time to plan.

The perfect candidate will ideally have experience in either or both the Pet and Gift industry trade sales. You will be enthusiastic in character, driven in nature and fun in personality.
