You will have P&L responsibility across the business and a focus on 3 areas we believe we must excel in to succeed:
Brand Elevation
You will have ultimate responsibility for commercial strategy, brand development, finance, operations and product. You will work with our Founder to both budget for and drive growth and financial performance, while developing & setting short and long term goals for the company. You will also take the lead on product strategy for both our digital and physical product roadmap, overseeing all aspects from ideation to execution.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to play a pivotal role in building out a category disruptor, sharing in both the growth journey and financial upside.
Experience managing high-performing teams at a post-seed start-up, top tier management consultancy or omni-channel consumer brand
Able to help construct and deliver a strategic growth plan, including NPD and new market expansion
Experience bringing new digital and/or physical products to market
Enjoy developing and progressing talent at all levels
Experience in omni-channel marketing and brand, with a strong eye for design
Prior FMCG exposure or experience
