Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manger to join our Data, and AI Consulting team across EME. This role involves providing expert consulting services across Europe and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a background in a Big Four consulting firm or other tech consulting firms with a strong academic foundation in computer engineering or computer science from a prestigious university.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Consulting: Deliver high-quality consulting services to clients in the data & AI space including: Data Governance, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, etc.

- Engagements and Projects: Deliver consulting & implementation engagements and projects across Europe and the Middle East, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive growth in the cybersecurity, data, and AI domains. Develop and execute market strategies to expand the company’s presence and influence in these regions.

- Business Development: Foster and develop relationships with potential clients and industry partners. Collaborate on business development initiatives to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

- Joint Solutions Development: Work closely with vendors such as Microsoft to develop and integrate joint solutions. Enhance offerings by leveraging partnerships and technology to meet market demands.

- Training & Awareness: Design and deliver training programs and workshops on cybersecurity best practices, data protection, and AI ethics. Increase awareness of security issues and ensure clients are informed about emerging threats and solutions internally & during customer engagements.

- Change Management: Support clients through change management processes related to cybersecurity and data privacy initiatives. Facilitate seamless transitions and adoption of new technologies and practices.

- Strategy Development: Assess client data & AI posture practices. Develop and recommend strategies to address gaps and enhance overall data & AI.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and internal teams. Provide thought leadership and stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

 

Qualifications:

 

Experience:

- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Data and AI consulting/implementation, with a strong background in a Big consulting firm or clients with a Data & AI manager roles.

-Experience with DAMA, UAE Smart Data Framework, NDMO, UAE AI Policy, EU AI Act, SDAIA PDPL, PIMS, etc.

-Delivered Data Governance, Data Warehousing & Data Analytics engagements from assessment all the way to implementation.

- Education: PHD, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from a prestigious university.

Skills:

 - Experience in Data frameworks, regulations & Standards (e.g., DAMA, UK DSA, UAE Smart Data Framework, GDPR, UAE/KSA PDPL, etc.)

 - Proven experience in business and market development across Europe and the Middle East.

 - Strong capability in developing joint solutions with vendors like Microsoft, data bricks, informatica, etc.

 - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

 - Demonstrated ability to manage projects, design training programs, and drive change initiatives.

- Location: UK

- Coverage: EMEA (Europe, Middle East)

- Travel: Require occasional travel within Europe and the Middle East.
