Abingdon Oxfordshire, United Kingdom M3USA Full time

medeConnect Healthcare Insight is the full-service market research team within M3 (EU) Ltd. The primary function of the team is to design research programmes to meet our clients' business objectives and provide impactful, actionable findings. We expect that for the first 6-9 months in role the successful candidate will focus almost exclusively on project delivery. However, over the course of time, we expect that account management may become a greater point of focus.
Delivering market research studies - expected duties and responsibilities:

The primary focus for this role will be the delivery of a variety of market research studies for our clients: both quantitative and qualitative, and both from our range of established research products and ad hoc projects.
As an Associate Director, you will be expected to take full, end-to-end accountability for most studies that you run (though for highly complex studies, we would expect you to team up with a Director or a Senior Director).
You will also typically be responsible for such aspects of your projects as developing study materials, conducting data analysis and reporting, and delivering the outputs to clients.
However, you will be fully supported by our full-time internal operations team in preparing for and conducting the actual fieldwork for your quantitative studies. Other members of the research team will also be able to consult you on matters of methodology, or any industry-specific aspects.
Please note: you would likely work on several projects at a time.
Supporting account management and client relationship development - expected duties and responsibilities:

We expect that, through successful delivery of your research projects, you will be able to build trusting relationships with your clients and act as the key point of contact for repeat studies as well as for new work.
You will work with the Senior Director for Business Development, the SVP for Business Intelligence and Research, and other Researchers to support growth in key client accounts.
The ideal candidate will also be proactive and entrepreneurial, will not be afraid to get stuck in, and will have a passion for market research and business analysis.
Experience in the design and execution of quantitative and qualitative research;
A highly analytical mindset: being able to engage with both quantitative and qualitative data to draw out valuable insights;
Strong focus on quality and excellent client service;
Experience in the healthcare sector and the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus, but is not a definitive requirement. 25 days annual leave
~ Participation in a company bonus scheme linked to personal and company performance
~ Group Life Cover 4x salary
~ Pension 4%/4% employee/employer contributions
~ Vitality Health Insurance after probation
~ Staff discount scheme
~ Discounted gym membership
