As an SAP Gold Partner and multiple award winner, our reputation goes before us and demand for our services is rapidly growing and we are now looking for a motivated and driven Project Manager to join our growing team. This role will work closely with our Implementation team and the customer, to lead the Project Management of multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. The ideal candidate will have proven Project Management experience with HR Tech where SuccessFactors would be an advantage although we welcome all applicants that have project managed the implementation of other HCM solutions, not just SAP SuccessFactors.

Role:

  • Plan and drive completion of all project deliverables including the project plan, testing, deliverables implementation and handover into business as usual
  • Project Manage the implementation of various SAP SuccessFactors modules simultaneously
  • Coordination of both the internal Implementation consultant and the customer’s project team
  • Planning, tracking, and managing the project
  • Ensuring project objectives are met
  • Ensuring adherence to project management methodology and practices
  • Develop reasonable integrated project plans and drive teams to on-time and in budget delivery. Identify client and other responsibilities and commitments up-front and hold them as accountable
  • Identify and then judge when to escalate risks and issues and their associated mitigation plans to the Project Sponsor in order to prevent impact or additional risk.
  • Recognize and rapidly adapt to ongoing change during the project.
  • Ensure successful delivery to time, budget and quality.
  • Manage and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Change Management - deliver some of the change management deliverables - managing the relationships with key stakeholders & driving continuous improvement.
  • Main point of contact - managing related questions on the status of the project.
  • Lead workstreams related to the project.

The Candidate

Jigsaw Cloud have a track record of hiring and developing talent, this role would be idea for right the candidate to enhance their career as a project manager with at least 8 years working experience and 3 – 4 year’s in a HRIS project role.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Project Management - successfully managing a programme, or project in software development & implementation - ideally HRIS related.
  • Project Delivery - ability to deliver projects on time/on budget, utilising project management processes & tools - managing risk, benefits management, financial management & quality assurance.
  • Managing & Reporting on complex projects within a Portfolio Office/PMO structure.
  • Ability to influence - working with senior level executives.
  • Strong stakeholder management & engagement experience.
  • Able to resolve issues swiftly & decisively - whilst safeguarding standards and procedures.
  • Leadership - Matrix management - able to lead project teams as - motivate and mobilise individuals/teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & oral English), including the ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organisation.
  • Cultural awareness - desirable to have experience of delivering solutions internationally.
  • Ability to work independently without guidance and own complex issue resolution
  • Act as key point of contact with internal and external teams
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations to resolution

Desirable :

  • Full cycle Implementation of HR solutions
  • Project Qualification – Agile / Prince2
  • Understanding of HR data, reporting and workflows
