Role: Global Commercial Partnership Manager

Location: Hybrid in Staines-Upon-Thames with 2/3 days in the office

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Company: A global pharmaceutical company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships with distributors and key stakeholders in global markets to enhance market presence and improve product accessibility.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and nurturing growth opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring terms align with company objectives and regulations.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and growth opportunities, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for partner engagement and market penetration.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze metrics and market trends to evaluate partnership effectiveness and provide updates to senior management.
  • Support Promotional Efforts: Collaborate with marketing teams to provide necessary support for partners in promoting our products compliantly.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, mitigating risks and safeguarding company interests.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in commercial partnerships or business development in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership negotiations driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience in partner management within relevant geographies.
  • Understanding of pricing and willingness to learn market differences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Sales/marketing analysis experience.
  • Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-driven with a focus on results and accountability.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen and ability to analyze financial and customer data.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Growth mindset, integrity, and ethical standards.
  • Previous experience in effective team collaboration.
