Producing high quality bids/proposals in a timely manner
Manage full end-to-end bids cycle including planning resource, producing templates, formatting/editing/proof reading text
Developing and maintaining the bid content library
Working closely with Project Managers and other relevant departments

Fully versed in the end-to-end bids process with a strong commercial acumen
Comfortable managing multiple project outputs
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Up to 20% bonus potential
Hybrid working from the lovely Edinburgh office
Excellent holiday allowance – 37 days with opportunity to buy a further 5 days
Up to 10% employer pension contribution
Opportunity to get stuck into some exciting projects
Longer term prospects as the bid function expands
