This is a very hands-on management role within the fitness industry and encompasses many areas. We are looking of a manager who has a real passion for fitness and a natural leader.
The Role:
This opportunity will see you responsible for the the day to day running of the facilities
Inspiring and managing a the team to drive high performance, provide excellent levels of customer service, and work towards increasing sales and membership numbers in club.
Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
This role has a strong focus on standards and levels of service, so whoever comes in needs to have that in mind and deliver in the moment that matter
The Person:
We are looking for experienced Manager who can demonstrate a high level of experience when running a club, with an understanding of what makes a gym successful.
Ideally you have worked in a General Management role before and have a real passion for it. You must be a strong leader and people motivator, who can get the best from a team but also be willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Sales experience is ideal, and we are looking for people from General Management, Club Management, Fitness Management and Operations Management backgrounds - who have worked within high end facilities.
