We hope you will join us on our journey We are seeking a confident, customer focused Showroom Manager to lead the sales and daily operations of our stunning kitchen and bathroom showroom in Gloucester. This is a high-autonomy role ideal for someone with strong commercial drive and a passion for design, customer experience, and business growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the full showroom operation, ensuring an exceptional customer journey from first visit to installation. Drive sales performance through expert product knowledge, design consultation, and effective follow-up. Develop and execute local sales and marketing initiatives to increase footfall and conversion. Manage stock presentation, merchandising, and showroom standards to reflect our premium brand. Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, installers, and internal teams. Analyse performance data and create strategies to grow the showroom into a £1m+ revenue department. Lead, coach, and motivate any supporting staff to deliver outstanding service and results. What We’re Looking For A commercially minded, self-driven professional with showroom, design, or premium retail experience. You should be comfortable taking ownership, making decisions independently, and shaping the showroom’s future growth. Duties And Responsibilities Guide customers through the full kitchen & bathroom design and sales process. Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are met. Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs. Ensure customer satisfaction. Pro-actively generate new business. Provide excellent customer service. Qualifications And Skills Previous experience working in a similar role is essential. Sound knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products. Experience using 20-20 Fusion planning software or similar. Confident dealing with customers. The ability to build great customer relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of managing a team Someone who has experience in kitchen / bathroom sales. A proactive person who can drive the business forward. Benefits A competitive pay package.
