Resolving customer issues and queries will see you dealing with other departments across the business, including the local stores, couriers & delivery drivers and also the big warehouse to provide your customer with full updates as and when anything changes. The Key Responsibilities for our Customer Service Advisors:

  • Provide customers with the highest standards of Customer Service
  • Log, record, and resolve customer queries and issues in an efficient and professional manner across all functions within the business.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints and liaise with various departments, creating rapport with Store management and other departmental functions to reach best resolutions and through that, actively promote best practice.
  • Act on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers and/or resolve concerns.
  • As we have mentioned, you will need to have an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
  • Previous Customer Service experience in an office-based environment is required for this role.
  • IT and Computer literate is essential for this position.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written is essential
  • Your attention to detail must be on point, and this role will need someone who is calm under pressure, and who can multi-task whilst also thinking out of the box to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
