An exciting time to be joining one of the fastest-growing Insurance Brokers in the London market as they search for a new HR Advisor to join their inclusive team. Reporting to an experienced HR Business Partner and part of a well-knit wider HR team. Their offices are based within London (City) and they adopt a hybrid working policy and have stand-out benefits in the market that match their truly people-driven cultural strategy.

This role would suit a candidate who is at home within the Financial Services and managing its HR processes in all their fast-paced glory. You will be helping to mold the best practices of the junior HR Administrators on the day-to-day administration whilst working alongside the Senior HR Leadership team on exciting project work. You will have multiple opportunities to support various HR projects within the team whilst working with the wider HR group to look at the areas such as; ER, updating their existing policies and developing new ones as well as getting stuck into areas such as Benefits & Wellbeing. You will be able to dart through various projects and tasks at once, dipping into strategy work whilst tackling high-level administrative matters.

A bright and energetic team, you as the HR Advisor will find support as an integral part of an encouraging team that champions development and success. They are ideally looking for a candidate to join them who has experience in a busy HR role within either the Financial or Professional services industry.
