Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to £58,240 per year (based on skills and experience)

The Role:

  • Lead the management team and drive the service forward
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and homely environment for children
  • Mentor and guide an established staff team
  • Ensure staff training and development
  • Compliance with legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Level 3 Children Residential Childcare or equivalent required
  • Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management desirable
  • Minimum two years' experience in residential care
  • Experience managing, leading, and motivating a staff team
  • Knowledge of current legislation and Ofsted requirements
  • Ability to handle challenges with patience and empathy
  • Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
