What will a typical day at Routes to Work be like for you? The Case Worker role focuses on supporting Routes to Work clients progress towards changing their lives through delivery of sector leading employability and skills provision. The role provides ongoing support, guidance and continuity to clients to ensure clients are supported to progress back into sustainable employment. In line with Routes to Work’s purpose, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible for ensuring you approach the role the Routes to Work way, providing the service in a professional, knowledgeable, welcoming and friendly manner. This is a key role, working closely with a range of stakeholders, including partners and colleagues to deliver the best service to our clients.
