Senior Business Development Executive

Due to our successful growth and expansion we have looking to expand the team futher to help drive the growth and are looking for someone to fulfil the newly created role of Head of Business Development. As Head of Business Development you will be responsible for delivery on the business targets and will work as an integral part of the sales team to own and grow the business.
You will be primarily responsible for developing contacts within the industry ranging from framework and procurement managers for large organisation through to surveyors working for private consultancy practices.
Ownership and development of project tracking and CRM database.
Comply with and implement standard business procedures, including customer pricing and complaints management
Hold an awareness of the greater business and service offer, communicating to clients and customers where applicable
Experience in the construction / building environment sector
Experience of business development and account management
Ability to manage a high volume of workload and have a flexible approach
Company car and fuel card for business travel
Company pension scheme.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of a company, including senior management/decision makers and executives.
