We are hiring for a Senior BDM for a global MSP

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, focusing on strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target organizations.
  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and pain points, and position managed IT services as the optimal solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to develop tailored proposals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and strategic guidance on technology solutions and business transformation.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven track record of at least 4+ years in a business development or sales role, with a focus on complex IT services or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Extensive experience in managing and closing high-value deals with enterprise-level customers.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of managed IT services, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with a proven ability to establish credibility and trust with key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive for continuous learning and professional development.
