We are currently looking for an experience TLO / RLO / CLO to work for a social housing provider, based in the Wolverhampton area. This role is slightly different to your typical TLO role, as 95% of the role will be office based the rest will be onsite if needed dealing with the tenants. The role will involve liaising with tenants, booking in surveyors to visit their properties, booking in the engineers and controlling the appointments and diary management, then any follow ups needed with paperwork and queries. Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm
