Evolve are partnering with a brand-new client who are seeking a Pharmacist to join their team in one of their stores in Belmont, Hereford. You’ll be responsible for carrying out a range of pharmacy services from weight management to flu vaccinations as well as accurately dispensing prescription medications.
This is a full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday 09.00 - 17.30 and 1 in 2 Saturdays 09.00 - 13.00 (Some flexibility available) - This store manages 6,500 items per month.

Excellent Salary & Benefits - A competitive starting salary, plus exceptional performance related bonus of up to £5,000, relocation support of up to £8,000, GPhC fees paid, pension, private medical insurance and potentially a higher rate of pay for an IP qualified pharmacist. Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) , demonstrating full compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Extensive experience in dynamic community pharmacy environments , delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and exceptional patient support.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities , fostering strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and wider healthcare teams.
Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products, clinical practices, and evolving healthcare trends , ensuring the delivery of safe and effective treatment.
Deep commitment to patient care, safety, and wellbeing , consistently striving to enhance health outcomes and promote best clinical practice.

Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager
Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications , upholding the highest standards of legal, ethical, and professional compliance.
Maintain meticulous patient records and proactively manage pharmacy inventory to ensure seamless service and availability.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams , including Doctors and Nurses, to optimise patient outcomes and promote holistic care.
Provide expert guidance on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products , empowering patients to make informed health decisions.
