Recruitment Consultant at Evolve Selection We are partnering with a brand‑new client in Belmont, Hereford who are seeking a Pharmacist to join their store. You will carry out pharmacy services such as weight management, flu vaccinations and dispense prescription medications. Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 09:00‑17:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 09:00‑13:00 (some flexibility available). Store manages 6,500 items per month. What’s in it for you? Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager Registered Pharmacist with the GPhC – full compliance with professional and regulatory standards. Extensive experience in dynamic community pharmacy environments – delivering high‑quality pharmaceutical care and exceptional patient support. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities – fostering strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and wider healthcare teams. Comprehensive knowledge of pharmaceuticals, clinical practices, and evolving healthcare trends – ensuring safe and effective treatment. Deep commitment to patient care, safety, and wellbeing – striving to enhance health outcomes and promote best clinical practice. Role Responsibilities for the Pharmacist Manager Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications – upholding the highest standards of legal, ethical, and professional compliance. Conduct thorough medication reviews – ensuring safe, effective, and personalised treatment plans. Maintain meticulous patient records – proactively manage pharmacy inventory to ensure seamless service and availability. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams – including doctors and nurses, to optimise patient outcomes. Provide expert guidance on over‑the‑counter medicines and healthcare products – empowering patients to make informed decisions. Recruitment Process Two‑stage interview process.
