We are looking for a dispenser/technician/accuracy checking technican to join the Pharmacy team. WE ARE ALSO LOOKING FOR LOCUMS/SELF-EMPLOYED MEMBERS TO COVER SOME DAYS.

Must have excellent communication skills as well as a proven track record in providing impeccable customer service. Preferably someone who can work well under pressure.

Customer service is a key to the business and we always put our patients first. In addition, assist the Pharmacist in developing the pharmacy business by ensuring the dispensary delivers an excellent customer service and operate productively.

+ Travel expenses for 1hr+ workers (partial)

Personal specification:
Essential Requirement:

- High levels of IT literacy and numeracy are essential.
- An open-minded and positive personality is essential
- Highly professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service - experience on demonstrating excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to create first-class customer relationships
- Solutions - take solution-focused approaches to problems
- Positive - show that you have an adaptable & positive mindset to change & customer needs
- Dynamic and extremely organised, good attention to detail and high levels of concentration.

Desirable Specification:

- Experience of working in community pharmacy as a dispenser
- Registered technician/Accuracy checking technician with the GPhC is desirable (level 2 or 3 NVQ dispensing qualification)
- Experience of working in independent pharmacy
