The Data Analyst will deliver high-quality creative insights, identifying trends and patterns in diverse data sets related to media KPIs on social and programmatic platforms. The role also involves product innovation, particularly in AI creative optimization and automated creative tagging. Managing and mentoring junior team members is a key responsibility. Staying updated on industry news and its implications for the company and clients is also essential.

3+ years of experience in insights, data, or business analysis within the media industry.
~ Strong quantitative background with an understanding of statistical techniques (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression modelling).

~ Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills for handling complex data sets.
~ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
~ Solid skills in PowerPoint for creating data-driven narratives.
~ Understanding of the digital media landscape, including media planning and programmatic processes.
