The Group Supply Chain & Procurement department provides the Primary commercial interface between Pelsis and the supply base, developing and building strong relationships. Thus helping the business to continue to grow as the market leader in Pest Control.

The analysis of spend, formulation of and implementation of commodity strategies and the development of contracting strategies
Providing contract and commercial support to the global businesses and supply chain function. Provide direction and learning to individual teams around the world, support in the development of skills and knowledge within the teams and support in the development of a talent pipeline.

Sourcing Strategy and Planning

Supplier Management

Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers to ensure the highest quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, conducting regular performance reviews and driving continuous improvement.

Negotiation and Contract Management

Develop and manage budgets related to commodity sourcing activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.

Risk Management

Identify and mitigate potential risks related to supply chain disruptions, supplier capacity, geopolitical issues, and other relevant factors.
Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies to maintain a resilient supply chain.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and sourcing activities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting

Establish / deliver / maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track supplier performance, cost savings, and other relevant metrics.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Relationship Management

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) is of paramount importance for a Pelsis Sourcing and Commodities Manager tasked with overseeing direct and indirect spend. This reliability helps in mitigating supply chain risks and potential disruptions, which is vital for meeting production schedules and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Excellent leadership and management through influence skills
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision
Experience of working in and on Supply Chain & Quality Assurance
Logistics and internals freight
