Join our client’s small, dynamic Technical Support team, where you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing customer engagement and delivering exceptional technical support and automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Customer Success to provide customized technical solutions during onboarding and beyond.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering technical implementation support.
- Assist with complex sales engagements and manage demo cloud accounts (GCP, Azure, AWS).
- Document support issues and contribute to our knowledge base with up-to-date help articles, manuals, and FAQs.
- Mentor and support colleagues with technical details.
Requirements:
- Ideal for early career professionals, especially graduates in cyber security.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security, particularly Offensive Security.
- Experience with Web Application security testing.
- Proficiency in APIs, web server interaction, and command-line usage (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with TCP/IP, firewalls, WAFs, IPS, IDS, networks, TLS/SSL, DNS, and internet exposure testing.
- Intermediate knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security tools (Nmap).
- Empathetic and courteous approach to customer interactions.
