Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
Manage and update client contact details and listing renewal dates in our CRM system.
Collect and verify trade data to ensure consistency and accuracy across all web listings.
Process trade data promptly and accurately.
Maintain and update our trade database, ensuring compliance with GDPR and VEA’s privacy policy.
Collaborate with the Web, Comms, and Admin Executive and other team members to support various ad hoc tasks and trade data needs.
Assist in planning and implementing business and trade events, including the annual VEE conference.
 
Someone driven by financial rewards, with a keen eye for closing deals and meeting targets.
A professional communicator, particularly over the phone, with a strong can-do attitude.
An eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with online systems.


Starting Date: November 2024, on a full time, permanent basis subject to a probationary period of 3 months.

Contract: The post holder would be required to work 37.Location: Hybrid working arrangement with the post holder expected to work three days out of five from an office based in Norwich. A laptop and phone will be provided.

Holiday Entitlement : 20 working days plus 8 Bank and Public Holidays, and 2 additional Company Holiday days (pro rata).

Five GCSEs at Grades A-C (including Mathematics and English), or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience
Experience of working with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience of working in a sales role
Good communication skills in English Language – including ability to produce grammatically accurate emails
Professional telephone manner
Self-motivated to work independently without close supervision
Ability to learn quickly and willingness to undertake further training, learn new IT and other skills and apply learnt skills in the workplace
